We are honoured to announce that Suntop Group has been awarded the prestigious iF Design Award 2025 for the Guanyinshan Low-Carbon Library project in Fujian Province, China. With almost 11,000 entries from 66 countries, the iF Design Award remains one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world. Over three days in Hamburg, a distinguished jury of 131 experts from 23 countries meticulously evaluated submissions against strict criteria, highlighting the increasing emphasis on sustainability. The Guanyinshan Low-Carbon Library exemplifies this commitment to sustainable design. By ingeniously repurposing materials from retired store fixtures, we have created a space that not only minimises environmental impact but also serves as an educational platform. The library is dedicated to teaching young pupils about sustainable practices and the principles of circular design, fostering environmental responsibility from an early age. This recognition reinforces our belief that environmental stewardship and architectural excellence can harmoniously coexist.
